Ivo was founded by a contract attorney and built by a team of lawyers, technologists, and operators with deep experience in contract work. We've experienced firsthand how manual, fragmented contract workflows slow down business, introduce risk, and drain legal teams. That perspective informed our flagship product: an AI-powered redlining tool that helps teams move faster—without compromising legal judgment.

Since then, Ivo has grown into a broader platform, serving not just in-house legal teams, but also procurement, sales, and other key business functions. In addition to AI redlining, our suite includes a smart repository for organizing and managing contracts, and a powerful agentic assistant that helps teams get answers fast—always backed by source-grounded context.
