Box remains your system of record for documents. Ivo makes what is inside them answerable. Teams on Box make that choice deliberately, and they are used to legal tooling that treats them as the exception rather than the default. The practical cost is that contracts sit in Box while the questions about them still get answered by hand, one file at a time, with the comparison held in someone's head. Ivo reads the repository as it is, and does that comparison on arrival.
