Checkbox and Ivo meet the same legal ops problem from two directions. Checkbox is where work arrives and gets routed: intake, triage, approvals, the front door the business actually uses. Checkbox stays that front door. Ivo makes the contracts coming through it answerable, from the standard positions in a draft to what the executed agreement commits you to. Legal ops is asked to make legal faster without making it looser, and process alone cannot do that, because a perfectly routed request still lands on someone who has to read the contract. Between them both halves are covered: the work reaches the right person, and the answer stops depending on how much time that person has.
